  1. This is the FAXHAVEN Archive Processing screen help file, (FHARCHIV.hlp).

  3. You can get a hard copy of this file by entering "Print FHARCHIV.hlp".

  5. ========================= Function Keys =======================================
  6. <ENTER>       is *NOT* an event key. It behaves like <TAB>.
  7. <TAB>         positions the cursor to the next field.
  8. <shift><TAB>  positions the cursor to the previous field.
  9.  
  10. <F1>  will display this help file.
  11.  
  12. <F2>  will retrieve and display the file names for ALL image files selected.
  13.       These will be all image files of the chosen file extension in the chosen
  14.       directory, with a timestamp more recent than the specified date and time.
  15.       These files will usually be received FAXes.
  16.  
  17. <F3>  will scroll backward to the beginning of the current list of image files.
  18. <F4>  will scroll forward to the end of the current list of image files.
  19. <F8>  will convert all selected files.
  20.  
  21. <shift><F2> will select all displayed files for archiving.
  22.  
  23. <ESC> will exit this screen & return to the FAXHAVEN Receive Processing screen.

  25. ==================== Archive Processing Input Fields ==========================
  26. LIST FILES SINCE: You may trim the list of files you wish to process by enter-
  27. ing a date and/or a time here.  Enter date and time in YY/MM/DD  HH:MM format.
  28. Enter the time in military (24 hour) format.  Ex: 15:00 for 3:00pm.

  30. INPUT DIRECTORY
  31. You may override the default input directory stored in the configuration file.
  32.  
  33. FILE EXT(ension)
  34. You may override the default file extension stored in the configuration file.
  35.  
  36. OUTPUT DIRECTORY
  37. You may override the default output directory stored in the configuration file.
  38.  
  39. OUTPUT FORMAT
  40. You may not override the default output format for archiving FAXes. This format
  41. will remain "FHA" as in FaxHaven Archive format.

  43. SEL
  44. Enter a 'Y' or an 'X' in this column to select individual files for converting.
  45.  
  46. FILES, RECVD DT-TIME, FILE SIZE: These are protected fields, you may not input
  47. here.  This is the list of files selected.
  48.  
  49. TARGET
  50. The default output file name is the same as the input file name, with the
  51. file extension "FHA".  You may override this file name on an individual
  52. basis.
  53.  
  54. FORMAT
  55. You may not override the output format stored in Output Format field above.
  56. This format will remain "FHA" as in FaxHaven Archive format.
